Starting in 2019, there are a few important changes in the submission process.
1. To facilitate reviewing and production, contributors must log in to our journal management system to submit their manuscripts, both research articles and book reviews.
2. We are glad to inform that hard copies are no longer required. To submit a manuscript, authors do not have to mail in hard copies. Instead, pdf files must be provided through our online system.
